Fushee currently ships throughout Australia.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Fushee is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the precious nature, value and delicate finish of our gold jewellery, Fushee does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, personal preference or sizing issues.
Each piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. We encourage customers to review all product descriptions, measurements and images carefully before placing an order.
This policy does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or significantly different from its description, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We will try our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Jewellery Care
Fushee jewellery should be treated with care to preserve its appearance and finish.
We recommend:
Keeping jewellery away from perfume, lotion and household chemicals
Removing jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping
Avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture and sweat
Storing each piece separately in a dry jewellery pouch or box
Cleaning gently with a soft, dry cloth
Natural wear, scratches, fading, tarnishing or damage caused by improper care are not considered manufacturing faults.
Product information
Fushee jewellery is crafted with a 925 sterling silver core and finished with a layer of 24K gold. Our jewellery is not solid gold, and the materials used are clearly stated on each product page.
Each piece will be supplied with:

As each piece is individually measured, the gold and silver weight or proportion may vary slightly between products.
